Yesterday, a rally was held in Podgorica in solidarity with and in support of Ukraine’s independence and freedom.
Those gathered condemned Russia’s invasion, and the placards they carried read: “Glory to Ukraine”, “Stop Putin’s war”, “Belarusians support Ukraine”. In addition to Ukrainians, Belarusians and Russians living in Montenegro, Montenegrin citizens were also present at the rally. Gathering in the square, they set off to walk through the streets of Podgorica.
