Prices in the Portonovi complex, located in the village of Kumbor on the Herceg Novi Riviera, range from 350,000 euros for apartments to 15 million euros for individual villas. The first phase includes 214 residences, as well as the D-Marin marina and the Portonovi Beach Club beach club. A border checkpoint is open here for sea travelers. The entire complex is scheduled to be commissioned in 2020. The Portonovi area is 26 hectares. In addition to the marina and residences, the project includes the luxury One&Only hotel, the Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa wellness spa center, sports facilities, numerous boutiques, restaurants, and bars.
