New 4-star hotel Bjelasica 1450, located on the mountain of the same name and next to the famous Kolasin 1450 ski resort, will provide visitors with the perfect balance of comfort, adventure, and sophistication. Its total area will be 3,000 square meters. The majestic hotel will offer 168 refined rooms, each of which will include high quality and comfort. Upon entering the hotel, visitors will find themselves in an elegant lobby with a reception desk and lobby bar. Guests will have access to carefully selected retail outlets, including pharmacies, beauty salons, spas, and restaurants. The hotel will feature an indoor pool, storage for luggage, skis, snowboards, and more. Guests will also be able to enjoy views of the ski slopes from the outdoor pool. To qualify for Montenegrin citizenship through the investment program, investors can purchase a plot in the new Bjelasica 1450 development project for 250,000 euros, including 21% VAT, in addition to a donation to the state fund in the amount of 100,000 euros. The investment holding period is 5 years, after which investors can resell to a new investor in the program. The Montenegro citizenship program offers global investors a number of valuable benefits in the sector. These include a fast application approval process and citizenship acquisition, granted in as little as six months, free movement in more than 123 countries with a Montenegrin passport, and access to one of the fastest-growing economies in the region. This is the fourth government-approved project in northern Montenegro, offering investors the privilege of choosing among other real estate options, including the luxurious 5-star Breza hotel, the well-known Westin hotel in Kolasin and the project near the UNESCO World Heritage site in Durmitor.
