The low-cost carrier Pobeda is resuming flights from Moscow to Tivat (Montenegro) from November 28. Flights will operate once a week on Saturdays. On the website pobeda.aero ticket sales for international flights are open.

Due to the pandemic, Russia in the spring suspended regular passenger air service with other countries. Since summer, flights have been partially resumed to a number of countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, South Korea, Egypt, the UAE, Turkey, the UK, Switzerland, Tanzania, Serbia, Japan, the Maldives and Cuba. Also, some Russian and foreign airlines operate so-called cargo-passenger flights, which are primarily intended for transporting various cargoes, but certain categories of passengers are also allowed to travel on them.
