Land prices in Kolašin range from 80 to 400 euros per sq. m. Plots of up to 400 sq. m for the construction of private houses are in the highest demand. After 2010, sales in Kolašin dropped sharply; however, since the beginning of this year, the land market has been recovering. Plots for residential construction cost from 80 to 130 euros per sq. m, and for hotels - from 100 to 400 euros per sq. m. In the locality of Smailagića Polje, near the ski centers, land is offered at prices from 40 to 70 euros per sq. m. Near the settlement of Mateševo, property is sold for 15 to 30 euros per sq. m. However, local realtors do not expect a renewed interest in large parcels, as was the case 10 years ago. Today, buyers are mainly considering small plots for the construction of residential, commercial, or hotel facilities on the outskirts of Kolašin or nearby. Source.
