This is 2.4 percent less than for the same period last year. It is also 7 percent lower than the average price for the period from the beginning of April to the end of June this year. The average cost per square meter of a new building in the capital was 1,082 euros, in the coastal region — 1,365 euros, in the central region — 660, and in the north — the average price was 676 euros. However, these prices are below market rates. Since the sample includes residential units that were built for the needs of employees of state institutions and enterprises. For them, the cost per square meter of housing is estimated below the market average.
