The traditional festival, which has the status of intangible cultural heritage, “Bokeljska Night” will take place in Kotor on Saturday, August 20, starting at 21:00.
32 originally decorated boats, meeting the competition requirements, will sail through the waters of the Bay of Kotor and compete for prizes with a total fund of 4,000.00 euros.
The start of “Bokeljska Night” will be announced by the City Music of Kotor and the sailboats of the Sailing Club “Lahor”.
After the winner is determined and awarded, there will be fireworks and night concerts in the Old Town. The groups Tri Kvarta and Neverne Bebe will perform at the Square of Arms, Nitro and VIS Tetra at St. Tryphon Square, Jack Lupino at Jack Lupino Museum Square, Akademija and DJ John K at the Square, Jovan Mršulj & Band at Cinema Square, Jelena Kažanegra at St. Nicholas Square with a band and DJ Niggor, Škaljarska pijaca Kiko and Sonja, and Maris Klapa at Parilo.
