InArt street performers will appear at the 4th Festival in Tivat

From July 24 to 26, theater and circus performers, magicians, musicians, and dancers will perform for the audience. Masters of the genre from Italy, Chile, Germany, North Macedonia, and other countries will come to Montenegro. In addition, Montenegrin performers will also take the stage. InArt has become part of the European Festivals Association, which is very important both for Tivat and for the development of cultural programs in Montenegro, the event organizers noted.
