The luxury Portonovi complex has opened

The complex is located in the village of Kumbor, near Herceg Novi. At the moment, the first phase has been opened – 214 residences, as well as the D-Marin marina and the Portonovi Beach Club. A little earlier, a border crossing point was opened here for sea travelers. The marina is designed for 238 berths for yachts up to 120 m long. The entire complex is planned to be commissioned in 2020. The total investment in the project is estimated at 1 billion euros. The area of Portonovi is 26 hectares. In addition to the marina and residences, the project includes the luxury One&Only hotel, the Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa wellness center, sports facilities, numerous boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The project developer is Azmont Investments. It was founded by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, which won a tender in 2012 for the development of the area. Construction work in Kumbor began in 2016.
