Cetinje will receive a modern sports complex, and to implement this investment, the city administration has announced a tender worth 8.34 million euros.
The tender is open until April 27, and the construction period for the sports hall is 29 months from the date of contract signing and includes the time for developing the main design and its revision, as well as the construction period.
The conceptual solution was created by BIRO 81000, the competition winner.

The sports complex will be built on a plot of 5,500 m². The number of seats for visitors is at least 2,408, of which 2,136 are fixed, and the remaining seats can be installed on the fourth side of the court in the form of telescopic stands.
The sports facility should include a sports hall, stands on at least three sides of the court, two of which are the longer sides, a VIP section in the stands with a VIP lounge, as well as a media area in the stands. According to the project, the building will have four changing rooms ranging from 30 to 35 m² with at least six to eight showers, and two rooms of 16 m², rooms for referees and commissioners, a first-aid room and a doping control room with a waiting room and a toilet for testing, security rooms, as well as a section for people with special needs.
