In Montenegro, the volume of residential construction is decreasing by more than half

This year, 274 apartments with a total area of 17,191 sq. m are to be built in Montenegro. This is more than 2 times less than a year earlier. In addition, in the second quarter of this year, 50 construction permits were issued in Montenegro. In the second quarter of 2018, 102 permits were issued in the country. The construction of 733 apartments with a total area of 41,611 sq. m was planned. At the same time, companies received 34 construction permits, and individuals received 16. Permits were issued from April to June this year.
