The area of the apartments amounted to 216.9 thousand sq. m, which is 10% more than a year earlier, according to the statistical agency Monstat. In 2019, the volume of construction work in value terms reached 881 million euros in value terms, which is 9.9% more than a year earlier. At the same time, private individuals built almost 2 thousand apartments, while construction companies accounted for 1,160 apartments. Source.
