The well-known retail chain Voli has become an investor in the project. Construction of the multifunctional complex has already begun in the city center. The project cost is 8 million euros. Part of the hotel apartments will go on sale. They can be rented out through a management company. The hotel will be designed both for individual tourists and for groups of pilgrims visiting Orthodox shrines: the Ostrog and Ždrebaonik monasteries. Voli also added that in the first phase a supermarket with an area of 3,500 sq. m will be built, and in the second phase a hotel and a gas station. Source.
