Earlier, Adriatic Properties said it would invest 11.62 million euros in the construction of the 5-star Kraljičina plaža hotel by December. However, the amount of investment has doubled this year. Dragan Marković, director of the hotel company “Miločer” (the landowner), noted the transparent nature of the investment. Information on the progress of construction will be available to residents.
The Kraljičina plaža hotel is designed for a total of 126 rooms: 43 single rooms, 44 double rooms, 31 triple rooms, 4 quadruple rooms, 2 five-bed rooms, and 2 six-bed rooms. Previously, it was planned to sell half of the apartments. However, local residents strongly opposed residential units in the project. The area of the entire complex is about 22,000 sq. m. The total investment in the hotel construction has increased to 73 million euros. Adriatic Properties spent 4.2 million euros on the project and design development, Marković added. Construction work began last November. It is scheduled to be completed in three years. Source.
