A residential complex will be built in the Mazine area, consisting of six buildings and a two-level parking garage. According to the project, the total residential area will be 6,529 sq. m.
Buyers will be offered 10 studio apartments, 40 one-bedroom apartments, 34 two-bedroom apartments, and 4 three-bedroom apartments. The parking garage will have 93 parking spaces, with another 26 spaces allocated on the adjacent site.
The project investor is Golden Group and entrepreneur Vuksan Vuković from Podgorica.
