Buyers will be offered 10 studio apartments, 40 two-bedroom apartments, 34 three-bedroom apartments, and 4 four-bedroom apartments. The parking garage will accommodate 93 parking spaces, with another 26 allocated on the adjacent territory. The project investor is Golden Group and entrepreneur Vuksan Vuković from Podgorica.
