The Kotor Carnival Festival will take place from February 15 to 23, 2020. The celebration will be held in the Arms Square. The winter carnival festival in Kotor is a celebration of the folk spirit and craftsmanship for both the residents of this region and guests from all over the world. Numerous visitors can enjoy the color and humor of original masks and costumes, music, gastronomy, and the satirical spirit of the Mediterranean. The carnival festival, which is traditionally held year after year, is of paramount importance for Kotor and for Montenegro as a whole.
