A new tourist resort in Dobrota, consisting of a boutique hotel, first-line villas, and a beach area; a marina for yachts will also be arranged along the shoreline nearby.

Villa owners and guests will have access to a SPA and Wellness center with sea views, a restaurant, a small conference room, and an outdoor swimming pool. In the sandy beach area, in addition to the restaurant offering a wide selection of dishes and drinks, there is also a water taxi service. The boutique hotel has 72 apartments. Service, security, and amenities in the resort are provided in accordance with the highest international standards.

Privatecoastal villas

The villas are designed in accordance with the overall architecture and with due respect for the UNESCO World Heritage site. Each buyer is given the opportunity to give the home their own individual style. The usable area of the villa is 193 m2, and the area of the adjoining plot is approximately 100 m2. The villa owner is also entitled to a parking space in the hotel’s nearby garage.

The villas are not only finished with modern materials and equipment, but will also be fully furnished with high-quality furniture. During the finishing stage, the buyer may take part in selecting the materials and furniture.

The ground floor of the villa is an open-plan space featuring a living room, a dining area with kitchen, a bathroom, and a utility room. The living room opens onto the garden located on the south side of the villa. On the second floor there are three spacious bedrooms, each with a direct sea view. Two bedrooms share a common bathroom, while the master bedroom has its own bathroom with a sauna. The second floor opens onto the north garden, where you can enjoy shade for most of the day.

Owners have the option to rent out their villa through the hotel management system.
