Durmitor H&V Hotel No. 1736

The new 5-star Durmitor Hotel and Villas, located next to the famous Durmitor National Park, near the town of Žabljak. Its total area will be 3,000 square meters. The majestic hotel will offer 55 exquisite rooms, each providing high quality and comfort. In addition, 13 luxurious villas will be built next to the hotel.

Upon entering the hotel, visitors will find themselves in an exquisite lobby with a reception desk and a lobby bar. Guests will have access to carefully selected shops, beauty salons, spas, and restaurants. The hotel will feature an indoor swimming pool, a storage room for luggage, skis, snowboards, and more. Investors can also expect a 30% share of the hotel’s profits.

To qualify for obtainingMontenegrin citizenship under the investment program,investors can purchase a plot in the new Durmitor development project for 250,000 euros, including 21% VAT, and acquire a 1/10 share of a villa, in addition to a donation to the state fund in the amount of 100,000 euros. The investment holding period is 5 years, after which investors may resell to a new investor in the program.
