Land Plot in Budva The plot is located in the Budva area, Reževići, namely in the settlement located a few steps from Reževići Monastery: Perazića Do. The plot consists of 7,000 m2, on which detached villas can be built, with a size of 435 m2 and plots of 450 m2. 14 such villas can be built. All utilities and connections are located near the plot.

One of the historical places in Montenegro is the settlement of Perazića Do. It is located 4 km from the town of Petrovac. The history of the town dates back to the 1960s. Initially, Perazića Do was a summer holiday settlement consisting of vacation cottages. These cottages were not intended for long-term living, but for seasonal recreation for Yugoslavs of various income levels. There are many of them, and it is practically impossible to find two identical ones, since each of them was built in the styles preferred by their owners. At present, this settlement serves as a tourist town, where the vacation cottages remain and are used as housing for local residents and for tourists’ leisure.

This part of the Mediterranean coast has a special microclimate, providing more than 200 sunny days a year with an average annual temperature of 16.2 C.
