How is MDRent different from a portal listing?
Every listing is checked by an agent: photos are current, conditions match the lease, the owner is verified. If something’s off, we sort it out — not you.
Will the lease support a residency (MUP) application?
Yes. Listings tagged "Contract" come with a 12+ month signed lease, notarized when needed, and support MUP applications.
How does the deposit work?
The amount is on the listing (usually 1–2 months). Refundable on move-out, minus damage beyond normal wear.
Who pays utilities?
Always indicated on the listing: "included", "partially included" or "billed separately". Estimated amounts are in the Conditions block.
