A hotel/mini-hotel with a total area of 450 m2 is for sale, on the shore of the Bay of Kotor.
The hotel is located on the first line by the sea (5 m), along a promenade 6 km long, in a well-known tourist area of the Herceg Novi suburb, Đenovići.
