Pržno is a small and secluded coastal settlement on the Budva Riviera, ideally located 11 km from Budva between Rafailovići (4 km) and Petrovac (3 km). Pržno is known for its beautiful and sheltered pebble beach, surrounded by a dense pine forest, which creates an exceptionally pleasant microclimate, protection from the wind, and the scent of pine needles. The beach is covered with fine pebbles and sand, with crystal-clear water in shades of blue and emerald, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. The beach is small (about 200-300 meters), which contributes to an intimate atmosphere and minimizes tourist crowds.
The water is shallow close to the shore, which is ideal for children and weak swimmers. The settlement of Pržno has preserved its authentic and picturesque character with traditional stone houses, fishing boats, colorful nets drying in the sun, and the atmosphere of genuine seaside life.

The climate is mild Mediterranean, and the sea is comfortable for swimming from June to October, with water temperatures ranging from 21°C in June to 27°C in August. More than 260 sunny days a year, minimal rainfall, especially in summer, and light sea breezes.

Real estate in Pržno is significantly cheaper than in major resorts (Budva, Bečići, Sveti Stefan), but the potential for price growth is significant thanks to its proximity to developing resorts and improving infrastructure.
