Villa in Dobrota No. 962

The villa is located on the coast of the Bay of Kotor in the settlement with the beautiful name of Dobrota, two kilometers from the ancient fortified town of Kotor. Due to its unique location and beauty, the Bay of Kotor is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. A mountain range separates this unique place from Tivat Airport, which eliminates any inconvenience related to aircraft traffic, but thanks to a recently built mountain tunnel, the drive from the airport to the villa takes only 15 minutes.
The villa, built in 1985, was renovated in 2011 in a Mediterranean style. It comprises five apartments on four floors. Each apartment has a main sea view and its own separate entrance. The spacious grounds feature a swimming pool with adult and children’s sections, a separate barbecue house, a spacious open veranda with a grape room, a three-car garage, and four parking spaces next to the house. The distance to the sea is 200 meters by road or a three-minute walk. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, i.e. no more than 100 meters.

Apartment with a total area of 75 m2 - equipped kitchen; spacious living-dining room; three bedrooms; bathroom; balcony-veranda.

Apartment with a total area of 75 m2 – equipped kitchen-dining room; living room; two bedrooms; bathroom; two balcony-verandas.
All apartments are equipped with: air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV (satellite with Russian and foreign channels), DVD, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack.
