The complex consists of five separate buildings with unique architecture, united by a common concept of modern minimalism and natural harmony. The project is aimed at creating not just housing, but a living space where architecture, light, and the surrounding nature work as a single entity.
The buildings are designed with enhanced seismic resistance and are built on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with brick infill. The facades are clad in 300 mm thick natural travertine stone, and a multi-layer thermal and waterproofing insulation system ensures a high level of energy efficiency, soundproofing, and living comfort.
